FAQ

Direct answers.

The questions asked before almost every feasibility review, answered simply.

What exactly do we get?
Your own Comparto: a dedicated investment product, with its own ISIN, segregated assets and the full operational chain — documentation, administration, Paying Agent, Calculation Agent, audit coordination, investor reporting and lifecycle management.
How long does it take?
Two to four weeks from the first conversation to an active ISIN for a Standard Launch. Priority Launch brings this down to 10 business days.
What does it cost?
Standard Launch starts from EUR 30,000, Priority Launch starts from EUR 50,000. Annual administration runs EUR 8,000–12,000 per year. These amounts are indicative and confirmed by quote.
Which assets are eligible?
Private debt, real estate, infrastructure, receivables, trade finance, fund units, private equity and managed strategies. If the asset produces identifiable cash flows or a measurable value, it is generally a candidate.
What happens if my transaction is not eligible?
We tell you early and explain why. The feasibility review exists precisely to give a clear yes or no before any documentation cost is incurred.
Who can invest?
Professional, qualified and institutional investors. Every transaction and every investor category is reviewed in advance for the relevant jurisdictions.
Where is the product issued, and who can hold it?
Issuance takes place in Luxembourg. Because the security carries a standard ISIN and settles through standard channels, investors across Europe can hold it at their own bank.
Does the transaction appear on my balance sheet?
Investors hold securities issued by a dedicated Comparto, not a claim on your company. The exposure sits in the Comparto. Final accounting treatment always depends on your accounting framework and your auditor.
Can one transaction affect another?
No. Each Comparto holds its own assets, cash, liabilities and investors. Nothing flows between Compartos.
Can I launch more than one?
Yes. A first Comparto often becomes a recurring issuance programme: each new transaction gets a new Comparto within weeks, on infrastructure that is already in place.
